Thank you for shopping with Stravo Bio Labs. Read this policy before placing an order. When you place an order, you accept these terms.
 

1.All Sales Are Final

All products sold by Stravo Bio Labs are for laboratory research and development use only. Due to the nature of these materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the order meets the exception criteria below.
 

2.Exceptions. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We issue a replacement or refund if:
• Your product arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong item

 

3.Reporting Requirements

To qualify for a replacement or refund:
• Report the issue within 24 to 48 hours after delivery
• Provide clear photo and video evidence of the issue

 

4.Return Eligibility:

We accept returns only if:

• The item is unopened and unused

• You start the return within 7 business days after delivery

5.Return Shipping Costs

If we approve your return due to damage or error:
• Stravo Bio Labs covers the return shipping cost

6.Refund Method

We issue approved refunds to your original payment method

7.Processing Time

After we receive and inspect the return:
• We notify you if your refund is approved or denied
• If approved, we process the refund within 7 to 10 business days

8.Non Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns or issue refunds if:
• The product has been opened or used
• The claim is made after 48 hours of delivery
• The return request is made after 7 business days
